I'M STEVE.
HERE'S WHAT
DRIVES ME.
I'm the Founder and Managing Broker of Elite Real Estate, founder of Fortified Title, creator of the ALL IN Summit, a founding elder and pastor at Mercy Culture Church, and a board member of The Justice Reform. I've had the privilege of building businesses and developing leaders. But those things don't tell you the whole story.
My life is built around following Jesus, loving my family, serving people, and giving my best to whatever God places in my hands.

Growing up, stuttering made even ordinary conversations difficult. I sometimes couldn't get through a sentence. The idea of speaking in public could have seemed impossible.
But obedience kept calling me forward. I've spent more than 15 years speaking, and I still stutter today. God didn't have to take it away for me to follow Him. He has met me in the middle of it.

I've built Elite Real Estate to more than 250 agents and expanded into title and events. Being named the 2026 Real Producers Broker/Leader of the Year was meaningful—but developing leaders and watching them grow is why I keep building.
